Learning Objectives:
To describe the different breast imaging modalities, including indications and appropriate selection for screening or diagnostic evaluation.
To be able to interpret basic breast imaging, including mammogram and ultrasonography, in the evaluation of breast abnormalities.
To identify benign breast masses on imaging and/or clinical examination and make recommendations for surgical intervention
To describe appropriate workup and management of nipple discharge and phyllodes tumors
To describe management of high risk breast lesions, including level of increased risk, indication for surgical intervention, and overview of high risk surveillance
