Jennifer Susoreny-Velgos, DO- General Surgeon at HCA FL Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, FL

Dr. Jennifer Susoreny-Velgos is a graduate of Indiana University. She obtained her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee. She completed a residency in general surgery at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Dr. Susoreny-Velgos is board certified in general surgery and performs acute and general surgical procedures including robotic cholecystectomy, appendectomy, colon resection, small bowel surgery, inguinal and ventral hernia repair. Additionally, she performs breast and skin and soft tissue surgery.

She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, the Emerald Coast Medical Association, and the Sigma Sigma Phi National Honorary Osteopathic Fraternity.

Dr. Susoreny-Velgos lives in Lynn Haven, FL and practices at HCA FL Gulf Coast Hospital. She is married to her husband John and has 3 dogs and a cat. In her spare time, she loves to garden, hike, kayak, and travel both in the United States and abroad. She enjoys medical missions and has spent time in both Guatemala and Rwanda.
